Location. The Allerton Hotel overlooks Lake Michigan, one quarter mile from the John Hancock Center and North Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago, Ill. Millennium Park, Navy Pier and the Art Institute of Chicago are one mile from the hotel. The Shedd Aquarium is less than one and one quarter miles from the hotel while Sears Tower is one and one half miles away. The hotel provides airport transportation for a fee.
Hotel Features. The Taps on Two restaurant and lounge serves casual Chicago fare and signature cocktails amidst pub style dining. A Starbucks kiosk is also on site. Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the hotel's public areas, including the meeting rooms and business center with photocopy and fax services.
